Medical AI can answer a clinical question. But physicians rarely work with questions alone. They search literature, review medications, calculate clinical scores, analyze datasets, interpret results, and complete medical coding, often across a collection of disconnected tools. Celiogen brings these workflows together in a single AI copilot for physicians and clinical researchers. Literature search:  Medical research starts with evidence. Celiogen helps physicians and researchers search medical literature, investigate clinical questions, and synthesize relevant findings. Instead of treating literature search as a separate activity, Celiogen keeps it connected to the question being investigated.

Drug decision support: Medication research often requires more than a drug name and a dose. Celiogen provides a workflow for pharmacy research and drug decision support, helping physicians investigate medications and review relevant information such as interactions, contraindications, and other clinical considerations. The final decision remains with the physician.

Medical calculators: Clinical calculations should not require another workflow. Celiogen includes medical calculators that allow physicians to perform relevant calculations within the same workspace. Patient information can move from the clinical context to the calculation without requiring another application or browser tab.

From clinical data to statistical interpretation: For clinical researchers, Celiogen goes beyond information retrieval. It can work directly with research data. Celiogen can perform biostatistical analyses including: Kaplan–Meier survival analysis, Cox proportional hazards regression, ROC curve analysis, Multivariable regression, Statistical testing, Data visualization. It can also generate graphs and interpret the resulting statistical outputs. For example, a researcher can provide a dataset containing survival information and request a Kaplan–Meier analysis. Celiogen can perform the analysis, generate the survival curve, present the statistical results, and explain their interpretation. The workflow moves from: Data → Analysis → Visualization → Interpretation. This makes Celiogen useful not only for answering research questions, but for working through the analysis itself.

Specialized workflows, one command away

Celiogen also makes frequently used workflows directly accessible from chat. Type / in the chat interface to open the command menu. From there, specialized workflows can be activated directly. Example: 

/biostat: run analyses such as Kaplan–Meier, Cox, ROC, and regression.
/code: work with ICD-10 and CPT medical coding.
/auth: draft prior authorization requests.
/appeal: draft insurance appeal letters.

The idea is simple: the physician should not need to remember the right prompt to access a specialized workflow. The command system provides a direct path from the conversation to the task.

Medical coding without leaving the workflow

Clinical documentation frequently needs to become structured medical coding. Celiogen supports ICD-10 and CPT coding, helping physicians work from clinical context toward relevant standardized codes. The output can then be reviewed by the professional before being used in a clinical or administrative workflow.

Privacy built into the desktop experience

Healthcare AI requires a different standard for data handling. Celiogen is designed around privacy and data control. It does not retain conversations or uploaded data as persistent user history, and data stays within the user's own device.
