Labops' Approach to Data Privacy and Security

Every physician using AI in a clinical setting asks the same question first: where does my data go? With Celiogen, the answer is simple, and it's built into the architecture, not bolted on as a policy.
Stateless Architecture
Celiogen is powered by Orinn, Labops Meditechnology's healthcare-first foundation model. Orinn runs on a stateless architecture, meaning it processes each request and forgets it. We don't store your prompts, queries, or Orinn's responses on our end. Whatever passes between you and Orinn stays between you and Orinn, in that one exchange, nothing more. If you want a history of your own conversations, that choice is yours to make. Celiogen lets you save and manage your own data locally, on your terms, rather than defaulting to storing it for you. Your private data stays private because we're simply not holding onto it in the first place.
AES-256 Encryption
Every piece of data that moves through Celiogen, whether it's a clinical note, a lab value, or a research dataset, is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard used to protect financial and government systems. It's not an optional setting. It's the default for everything in transit and at rest.
Nostr for Secure Messaging
Sharing information inside Celiogen runs on Nostr, a decentralized protocol with no central server holding your messages hostage. There's no single database an attacker can target to expose conversations across every user. Each exchange is cryptographically signed and travels independently, a fundamentally different security model than the centralized messaging systems most clinical software still relies on.
Your Device, Your Data
Beyond the model and the encryption, there's a simpler rule: what happens inside Celiogen stays on your device. Local files, workflows, and clinical context aren't shipped off to a cloud dashboard for analytics or storage. You decide where your data lives, not a third party.
Why This Design, Not Just This Policy
Privacy policies can change. Architecture doesn't bend the same way. Celiogen was built stateless, encrypted, and decentralized from day one because physicians shouldn't have to choose between AI assistance and patient confidentiality. That tradeoff shouldn't exist, so we removed it at the design level. A policy is a promise someone can revise. An architecture is a constraint the system has to obey, regardless of who's asking. That's a meaningful difference in a field where trust, once broken, is hard to earn back. As Celiogen grows and takes on more of a physician's daily workflow, this is the foundation it won't compromise on, no matter how large the platform gets.
